Vîva-se Evêthë Fêqê (/ˈvɪva/ /se eˈvɘθë/ [academic] [rainbow]) is a subtropical Town located in the Sihîlêsê Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Vîva-se Evêthë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vîva-se Evêthë Fêqê was founded by Shèsili Zlkèdo, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Vîva-se Evêthë Fêqê is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow baked earthen streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits comfortably behind a palisade wall complete with a timber gatehouse and battlments. The timber-based walls has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
